Villas at Swansgate Waiting List Opens 8/1/2017

The Housing Authority of Myrtle Beach and Swansgate Apartments I & II have partnered to become Villas at Swansgate.

Villas at Swansgate will still be elderly housing, 62 or older, but now there will be project based vouchers attached to the property. Therefore, the rent will be based upon income.

The Housing Authority of Myrtle Beach will now maintain the waiting list for Villas at Swansgate. MBHA will be accepting applications beginning 8/1/2017 .

You are invited to come into the Housing Authority of Myrtle Beach office and apply Monday Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am to 12:pm and 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.  Wednesday from 8:00 am to 12:pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Please remember we do not know how long it will take after a person applies before a unit is available and they are called in for eligibility.
