Changes are coming,  HOTMA, NSPIRE and Annual Plans

HUD is changing the rules and the Housing Authority of Myrtle Beach is ready.  Come take  a look at the changes.

The Housing Authority of Myrtle Beach has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with The Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.  The HAMB Administrative Plan has also been updated with the HOTMA requirements. The Agency and Administrative plans are available for public review at the Housing Authority of Myrtle Beach’s Office located at 605 10^th Ave. North, Myrtle Beach, SC during regular office hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 - 5:30, Wednesday 8:00 - 4:30.  We close for lunch between 12 – 1.
